USFSP #RTWH2020 Students Meet the Presidential Candidates on the Campaign Trail in NH.....#FITN

All of the students had a chance to meet their candidates. And all students had the chance to see all of the Democratic candidates speak (at the NHDP 100 Club fundraising dinner) and all of the Republican students had the chance to see President Donald Trump and Vice President Pence (at the rally the night before the Primary). And as a class we went to see several of the candidates speak at the Youth Climate Summit. And some candidates we bumped into while they were walking down the street or when they were visiting a polling location on Primary Day.

Not only did our students meet their presidential candidates (and others), they also met surrogates such as

     *candidate spouses (such as Chasten Buttigieg, Dr. Jill Biden, Mrs. Karen Pence)
     *olympic athletes (such as Michelle Kwan and the coach of the Curling Team)
     *movie stars (such as Kevin Costner and Michael J. Fox)
     *Members of Congress
     *business leaders (like Ben and Jerry)
   *and even candidate's pets (such as Senator Elizabeth Warren's dog Bailey)
